All LED Products: Minimum 1-Year Replacement Limited Warranty
All our LED products are guaranteed with a limited warranty of at least One year. Warranty is valid for manufacturing defects or product failures only when products are properly used for their intended applications.
Warranty is valid for one exchange of originally purchased item. Warranty is void when products are used in applications for which they are not intended, modified, misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation or off-road, commercial or marine use. Warranties expire when you sell your vehicle and are non-transferable. Outbound shipping for warranty replacement items is not covered and is the responsibility of the customer. Please fill out warranty authorization prior to returning items for warranty repair or exchange. If we are
un able to diagnose the problem with Pictures or Videos, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
Warranty replacements can take an average of 1 -2 weeks depending on workload and transit time. This time frame can be longer or shorter depending on time of year.
Please Send at lease 2-3 photos and 1 Video of the Item that needs to be warrantied. Show different angles and describe in the video that the item does not work.
