All LED Products: Minimum 1-Year Replacement Limited Warranty
Please be advised that outbound shipping costs for warranty replacement items are the responsibility of the customer. Before returning any items for warranty replacement or exhanchange, kindly ensure that the warranty authorization process has been completed.
If the issue cannot be diagnosed through the submitted pictures or video return shipping costs will also fall solely on the customer.
Once we have received your initial warranty video, an additional video is required, showing that you have cut the wires at the back of the lights housing. PLEASE NOTE we will not proceed with the exchange/replacement WITHOUT this video. If you would rather send us the Warrantied headlight for us to wire cut, shipping falls to you.
Replacements generally take 1-2 week to process and ship. This is subject to change depending on the circumstances.
To expedite your warranty claim, please submit at least 1 photo and a small video of the item at varying angles, please clearly explain why the item is not functioning.
